2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure accurate results, you agree to:

Provide timely access to your QuickBooks Online account and all necessary financial documents.

Respond to requests for information in a timely manner.

Keep your login credentials secure.

3. Payments & Fees
Fees for our services are agreed upon prior to starting work.  Payments are due upfront.  Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services.

4. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy.  All information shared with us will be kept confidential and used only for the purposes of delivering your bookkeeping services.

5. Accuracy of Information
While we strive for accuracy, you acknowledge that the ultimate responsibility for your financial records lies with you.  We are not responsible for errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.

6. No Legal or Tax Advice
Our services do not include legal or tax advice.  You should consult with your accountant, tax professional, or attorney for legal or tax-related concerns.

7. Termination
You may cancel services at any time with written notice.  We also reserve the right to terminate services if we are unable to obtain necessary information or if payment is not received.

8. Limitation of Liability
We will not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, resulting from your use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
